FAQ’s

The default combination is “0-0-0.” Slide the latch to open, rotate the dials to your desired code, and press the reset button inside the shackle area until you hear a click. Your new combination is now set.

Press and hold Button A for 3 seconds to activate the Find My feature. You can track your lock via the Find My app on your iOS device.

Press Button A to activate the Scale function, attach the lock to your luggage, lift, and hold steady. The weight will appear on the LED screen.

Double tap Button B to toggle between pounds (lb) and kilograms (kg).

Open the battery compartment on the back of the lock, replace the CR2032 coin cell battery, and securely close the compartment. Replace the battery when the LED dims or the scale stops working.
